SELF COLLECTION POLICY
Self-collection is available as stated below:
Please only drop by once we have sent you an email, notifying you that your item is ready for collection. If you have not received an email, your item is not ready for collection.
Our Self Collection hours are from Monday to Friday between 1pm - 7pm and No Self Collection is allowed on Weekends, Eve of Public Holidays & Public Holidays.
Please take note that your order will only be kept in-store for a maximum of 10 days, starting from the date your order is ready for collection. We will then proceed to make adjustments for delivery if item is not picked up by then. Delivery fee will be charged according to Shipping Policy.

Do note that for all exchanges, you are required to email drop us an email before proceeding.
- We strictly do not accept any walk-in for returns.
