We aim to make every shopping experience a 101% for you and we do our best to make sure our actions reflect what we preach. However, if there comes upon any circumstances where you are not fully satisfied with your purchase and would like to make an exchange or return, please check out the following instructions:

Sale items are non-refundable according to our terms & conditions for promotions period.
We only accept exchanges within 7 days of the delivery date for:
Certain products are non-exchangeable, this includes sale items, bags, socks, footwear, bottles, collaborative footwear releases. Products in its original, new condition. That is, free from marks, makeup, scuffs, odours.
Products that is folded neatly in original packaging with all zips and snaps closed.
Swing tags and labels are attached and undamaged
If the products is used, damaged or do not have all original packaging, we reserve the right to refuse your exchange request.
You will be responsible for shipping and handling charges for any exchange parcels except in special circumstances.
We are only able to accept exchange for items purchased directly through our website www.actually.sg.
*Any exchange items that do not meet our exchange standards will be mailed back to you without an exchange.*
Do note that for all exchanges, you are required to drop us an email before proceeding. We strictly do not accept any walk-in for exchanges.
