ØJE EYEWEAR

The story first began in 1960’s, when a young immigrant was struggling to make ends meet as an eyewear salesman. A few years later, he risked everything and moved to the capital city, Jakarta to have a better life. Using his knowledge and years of experience in the eyewear industry, he decided to open a small optical store in the heart of the city. Long story short, his gambling finally paid off and it was a happy ending.

Fast forward to present day, the life story of our grandfather is what the company is built around. Created in 2019 in Jakarta, Øje is driven to always innovate and connect with our community through designs and experience.
