Nathan burst into the music scene after emerging champion in 2005’S Teenage Icon where he wooed the audience with his polished singing style and his charismatic stage presence.
Seldom has a young talent garnered such a strong following and before long, he made another big move in his music career with the release of his debut album, LET ME SING! Life, Love and All That Jazz. It was the No. 1 album on HMV’s Jazz Chart for 2 weeks running.
Nathan was a guest performer in Dick Lee’s show for the Red Cross Fund-Raising Gala Dinner and NAC-Exxon-Mobil Concert In the Park concert. He has also performed for The Straits Times’ Child Aid Charity Concert in December 2005 and the Chingay Festival in 2006. He has also performed alongside with some of the biggest names in prestigious events, such as Child Aid (an SPH charity event attended by the President), STB Awards, Silver Screen Awards, Entrepreneur of The Year Awards and Chingay 2006, Channel U’s S-POP, performed the opening song “Where I Belong” for NDP 2008 and is the featured male vocal for the inaugural Asian Youth Games 2009 theme song “Asia’s Youth, Our Future”. He is also having a sold-out concert in January 2014.
