Singapore Guide | Designers – Dzojchen
Made for: Men and women
Dzojchen (pronounced as Doh-jen), founded in 2009, based in both Singapore and New York, is the inspiration of its owner and designer, former model Chelsea Scott-Blackhall.
Each Dzojchen piece is handcrafted by bespoke craftsmen with premium materials sourced from all over the world. With its specialty in denim, leatherwear, and bespoke tailored garments, it is a brand rooted in the practical and philosophical influences of such contrasting cultures as Singapore, Thailand, Japan, Middle East, England and U.S.A.
The most differentiating characteristic of Dzojchen is expressed in the one-word definition of the brand’s essence: IndiviDUALITY. Dzojchen is about paradox and duality, unexpected balance from contradiction, the power of opposing energies and forms within us, co-existing in harmony to realize one’s full potential.
The hit to your wallet: From $120 for a pair of selvage denim shorts to $180 for a pair of premium cut jeans.
Why we love Dzojchen:
Don’t we all love a good pair of jeans? Don’t we all yearn for the ever-elusive “perfect” fit? With premium materials, artisanal construction, and contemporary fits, you really can’t go wrong with Dzojchen.
