Cupcake Engineer was founded by a real engineer, after finding too many cupcakes in Singapore overly decorated with colouring, fondant and marzipan. At Cupcake Engineer, they engineer their own cupcakes focusing on flavours. We use a very light and airy Swiss Meringue Buttercream to top our cupcakes, each featuring a different cake base to match the cream. So you won’t see sprinkles, dragees, or heart-shaped sugar decorations that have no function other than to make a cupcake look pretty. Everything you see on the cupcakes contributes to the flavour and texture balance of the cupcake.
The cupcakes are baked in small batches to ensure freshness, quality and consistency. Nothing is mass produced and each cupcake is freshly baked, and handmade individually, in store, everyday. With true focus on flavour, you can be assured of fresh, unique and natural cupcakes in every bite, every time!
