Payment & Charges
Actually accepts payment via major credit cards ( Visa, Mastercard, American Express ) and Paypal.
Actually possess all rights to amend all found information in this website at any time available. (price, product detail, etc)
This is to ensure that there is no error made in maintaining accurate and error-free pricing of our products. Should there be such situations of discrepancy, you will be notified via email before your order is delivered to you.
Shipping fees are NOT inclusive in the product price shown on our website.
Shipping fees will be finalised accordingly upon check out, varying the price of your order as well as the country we’re shipping to.
Shipping fees for local orders above SGD50 (or equivalent value in other currency) will be waived.
Shipping fees for orders below SGD50 (or equivalent value in other currency) will be as below:
- Singapore: SGD3.50
- Malaysia: SGD6.00
- Indonesia: SGD9.00
- Thailand: SGD12.00
- Philippines: SGD15.00
- Rest of the world: SGD30.00
Do note that international delivery of goods from Actually may subject you to import duties and/or taxes. Actually holds NO responsibilities for any charges incurred from the custom/duties. Any additional charges for custom clearance are beyond our control. Information on custom policies can be found at your local custom office.
Your order confirmation will be notified to you via email. You’ll be receiving a detailed summary of the order as well as the billing detail once the payment is confirmed. Once the payment of your order is credited to us, the shipping of the products will proceed.

Lost & Damaged Goods
Actually holds NO responsibility for any lost/damaged orders caused by shipping.
Nonetheless, if there are damages/defects detected on the products that are shipped to you, on which causes originates from our warehouse; Given with valid justification, we will arrange for an exchange separately through email either via shipping or exchange through our physical stores. Feel free to contact us through our support email if there are such situations.
