Put on your best festival outfit, your dancing shoes (or Dr. Martens for some of you) and wave your tie-dye flags up high! St. Jerome’s Laneway Festival is back again for the third time next year on our sunny shores and this time at a new location that promises exciting goodies for us, indie music lovers!

Dubbed by Pitchfork Media as “Australia’s most unique pop music event”, St. Jerome’s Laneway Festival boasts the best lineups each year with top indie artists and bands such as Florence & The Machine, Beach House, Foals, M83, Broken Social Scene, The Pains of being Pure at Heart and many more.

Over the last 5 years, the festival has expanded into 7 different locations; Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Auckland and their latest addition with an asian twist, Singapore.

2013’s lineup is just as action-packed as previous lineups with headlining acts such as Bat For Lashes, Of Monster And Men, Gotye and Kings of Convenience. You can take a look at the full line-up in the video below!

Over the next few weeks prior to the festival, ActuallyMAG will be featuring articles on the artist/bands who will be playing at Laneway, album reviews and a festival survival guide weekly. So lookout, all you festival goers!
