Haute Couture Week | Atelier Gustavolins

Kicking off French Couture Week was Atelier Gustavolins. One of main factor that sets this show apart from the others were the introduction of couture for men. I love how Gustav gave a new meaning to the empowered women and the silhouettes follow suit, giving a modern androgyny look that I’m sure the Actually crowd would enjoy.

There was a nomadic vibe presence at the show and the girls portrayed really strong women that are exuding a samurai/ninja vibe. I also noticed that the shoes were so immaculate that they complete and compliment the outfits so well. Ideal height and simplistic heel; they are a perfect marriage of design elements.
