Eat Clean, Eat Strong, Eat Zen with Shinkansen
Eating clean has been a growing trend in the recent years. With the rising number of food and beverage stalls shifting their direction towards a more “health conscious” route and the many newly established salad shops and smoothie bars, the kind of food we eat has became an important concern in our lives.
Living by the motto of ‘Eat Clean, Eat Strong, Eat Zen’, Shinkansen is a food stop, which offers customisable Japanese style protein bowls. You take a pick from any of their artfully crafted signature bowls (from $14 to $15.40), or have a little fun by mixing and matching the ingredients for your meal ($13.90 for transit, $16.90 for station).
