DEAR MUGGLES | AHFKJSFHGKJDFA

While the keymashing may seem a little bit unprofessional, the editorial team cannot help but completely freak out at this glorious piece of news. Are you ready for the best 1st of July news you could ever receive?

In celebration of the release of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 2, Golden Village and Warner Bros. Pictures invite fans in Singapore to experience first seven films back-to-back, leading up to the latest installment, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 2.  Singapore’s only Harry Potter Movie Marathon will begin on 13 July and end on opening day 14 July.

Fans participating in this 25-hour movie marathon will be treated to an unequivocally epic experience. They will gain admission to all eight films and be fed 3 complimentary meals, plus given a goodie bag including all sorts of awesome Harry Potter paraphernalia.  Potterheads are encouraged to dress up! Prizes will be given out to the best-dressed fans. Props from us for dressing up as Dobby or Grawp.

Us editors in the office have been having a non-stop Harry Potter trivia contest to train ourselves for the trivia contests during breaks, where winners will receive their Hogwarts letter of admission and the House Cup (okay we may have made that part up, but you might win HP premiums instead; which is almost as cool as hearing ‘yer a wizard, Whoeveryouare’).

GV Movie Club members are automatically entered into a lucky draw where they stand to win a trip for two to visit Harry Potter: The Exhibition at Discovery Times Square, New York, USA.

We might need to buy new swivel chairs because these ones are kind of nasty after we soiled them.

Tickets go on sale starting today – priced at S$88 for GV Movie Club Members and S$98 for public. For more information, please refer to Appendix or visit www.gv.com.sg
